If you need help with Acne this is the right place

Acne Spot Treatment

There are many skin care for acne treatments available including:

1. Clear skin maintenance products to prevent blemishes from returning

2. Acne relief and spot specific treatments

3. Specialized medications presribed by medical professionals

Those that fall into the preventative category are based around general skin conditioning to help stop acne from forming; these products can be anything from skin cleansers to makeup removers. Whilst many sufferers use these products there are even more who just want to keep their skin clean and conditioned; many use these products to protect their skin from the environment even if they do not have the acne condition. Many of these cleansers act in almost exactly the same way as acne skin care products; they clean out the pores to help stop sebum or oil which can clog these areas. These types of products are reducing the chance of oil staying in the pores and aiding the growth of harmful bacteria which assists the formation of the skin condition.

Other skin care treatments can help exfoliate the skin; these are easily obtainable in any drug store. The peels clean the skin by removing all surface pollution and dead skin cells which can block the pores. There is a huge market for these types of acne skin care products as they don’t require a consultation with a dermatologist. Most of these creams etc. are based on benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, both of which are the enemies of bacteria (and hence acne); they are designed to extract the excess oil that bacteria need to promote the development of acne.

Generally it is best to start using this type of product with only a small amount of benzoyl peroxide (less than 5.5 percent is recommended), just to see how the skin reacts; should a reaction occur, products containing alpha hydroxy acid are generally safer. As with any type of zit cream, you may need to try a few acne skin care products until you find one that will suit your skin; however, if finding an effective remedy it is proving to be a problem then consult with your doctor, or skin care specialist. There are benefits of seeing your doctor or dermatologist, they can prescribe you with a prescription for treatments not available over the counter, for example a course of antibiotics.

Your dermatologist may suggest a minor surgical procedure to remove the contents of pustules; this is not something you should ever attempt yourself. Your doctor may even suggest a course of hormone therapy as a skin care treatment; hormone changes are known to be one cause of acne. There is no longer any reason to despair if you have this skin complaint or are prone to its effects.

Skin Care Treatment

Acne, sometimes known as Zits, is a menace to people who suffer from this condition;  treatments however, are slowly improving. The number of people afflicted around the world is huge so science research is making advances; in fact many new remedies are proving very effective.  Although there may seem like a huge range of acne skin care products, they can be broken down into three broad categories. Those that help prevent the condition Internet or Drugstore: Treatment to help relieve the condition Specialized, on-prescription acne products

Those that fall into the preventative category are based around general skin conditioning to help stop acne from forming;  for example, special toners and skin cleansers. Whilst many sufferers use these products there are even more who just want to keep their skin clean and conditioned; many use these products to protect their skin from the environment even if they do not have the acne condition. Some of these products are designed to act like an acne skin care product and act against the causes of this complaint;  they ensure the facial pores (and other areas) remain free of oil. These skin care products are designed to prevent this from happening.

Other skin care treatments can help exfoliate the skin;  there is now a variety of this type of product available over the counter. They work by reducing oil plus other contaminants from the skin and in the pores; this can reduce harmful bacteria and stop their chance of growth. There are specialized acne skin care products available over-the-counter, they do not require the need of a prescription. These products have benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid as ingredients which cause a bad reaction in the bacterium. these include creams, cleansers and peels that slow down acne formation.

Dermatologists recommend any product should have low concentrations of the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide (no more than 5.5 parts per hundred) if there is an adverse reaction; if a reaction occurs, a cleaner or cream containing alpha hydroxy acid should be safe. It is not always possible to find an acne skin care product that works first time;  if finding something that works is proving difficult, your dermatologist should be able to help. If you do need to see your doctor or skin care specialist then he may give you a prescription for antibiotics or special ointments.

Under certain circumstances, having the infected material removed from the pores under a local anesthetic may be suggested by your dermatologist;  specialists never recommend the sufferer tries this themselves as it can cause permanent skin damage. Your doctor may even suggest a course of hormone therapy as a skin care treatment; this type of skin care treatment has been very effective in many cases. There is no longer any reason to despair if you have this skin complaint or are prone to its effects.

Adult Acne – Getting Rid of It!!!

If you were part of the majority of people that were unlucky to be plagued with teen acne, just think of all the snickers, jests and humiliation you had to go through, then it easier for you to understand why most adult acne sufferers go through a lot of hassles to remove adult acne from their lives. We both know that adult acne is not a terminal disease (you can’t die from having it, I guess you knew that uhhh?). The major thing acne gives us are ugly scars and sometimes they could be really ugly, like mine was at a certain time.

Most of we adults afflicted with acne are usually on the look out for the magical cure that would gives us the fresh and smooth face or skin we had when we were eleven years old. Before we go on a wild goose chase looking for the magical acne medication that would rid us of adult acne lets understand why and how these little annoying monsters grow on our faces. Why do so many adults still have acne?

It seems from all the amount spent on all those expensive research they still tell us the same thing that we were have all read in encyclopedias, the major cause of adult acne always has something to do with our hormones running wild and also genetics (my dad had a very bad case of acne when he was younger, more severe than mine was). The genetics part simply means that your biological family history has a large chunk of the blame of why you are suffering from adult acne. But aside those there are some other factors that are responsible for worsening your acne condition, some of them include:

*Side effects from some drugs – (such as corticosteroids, androgenic steroids, and lithium)

*Picking at or squeezing at the pimples

*Harsh scrubbing of the skin

*Oil based cosmetic products – (I guess you know this one already)

*Stress, illness or exhaustion

*Heat and moisture

*Diet has a some amount of influence on acne – (and please eating chocolate does not cause acne, where the heck did you hear that from)

*Pregnancy

*Menstruation

*MenopauseHow does Adult Acne form on the Skin?

The formation of adult acne as we all know has something to do with sebum, follicle and all those big words that I read in some 21 inches thick encyclopedia. In simple words it is formed when oil (also know as sebum) that is produced underneath the skin surface is blocked from reaching the skin surface where it always flows to, through a hair-containing canal called a “follicle”.

The follicle wall sheds cells often and the canal is used to remove dead cells, which sort of become sticky and block the opening as they attempt to leave the follicle. The blockage results in increased bacteria growth in the follicle, which turns the trapped sebum into a very irritating substance and results in an inflammation that is widely known as acne.

Pheww!!! All that explanation reminds me of high school biology (so painfully boring to me).

In one sentence on how acne forms it is simply put as “Dead skin cells clog the pores, and bacteria cause inflammation which results in acne on the skin”.

Although so many adults like you have tried many acne medications and cosmetics to combat acne, we tend to wonder why they seem not to get rid of the problem once and for all but still they re-occur. It seems that acne forms when one or more of these conditions occurs:

*A blockage in the follicle

*There is an over production of sebum (oil)

*Increased bacteria growth within the hair follicle.

Researchers have found out that the hormone responsible for acne, which is called “testosterone”. Yes you have heard of it before it is the male hormone (it is found in both males and females but it is produced in high levels in males). Testosterone is responsible for increasing production of sebum (oil), which results in more pimples. Since testosterone is an androgen and is more in males than females, this explains why men tend to have more severe cases of acne than women (at least that explains why I used to have more pimples on my face than my elder sister although she started having pimples on her face before I started having mine). Adult acne occurs as visible bumps on the surface of the skin usually on the face, although body acne is also common. Adult Acne is seen as pus-filled blisters; small reddish bumps, ugly looking thick red skin on the nose, cheeks and forehead, and small reddish blood vessels all seen on the skin surface. Acne outbreaks usually occur on the face, neck, chest, and shoulders and back. A highbrow term for adult acne is “acne rosacea”.

For so many folks stress seems to be one of the major factors in aggravating their acne condition. When I was in college towards the end of the semester when the amount of work we had to do increases, I tend to have more break outs of pimples maybe as a result of the stress or because I had lesser time for acne skin care. It seems aside the fact that you have to contend with hormones and genetics being the major cause of you acne condition you also have things like stress to worsen it.Achieving Acne Control with the best Acne Medication

The first step in treating your adult acne condition has to do with proper acne skin care.

First of all AVOID the temptation of SQUEEZING your PIMPLES. Most of the time this results in the scars you see on your face. The bigger a pimple is the higher the chances it will leave a scar if you “pop” it.

Remember to wash your skin gently only twice a day; this is very helpful in removing surface dirt and excessive oil, which could worsen your acne condition by clogging the pores. Also please do not use abrasive soaps. They could damage your skin pores and leave your skin too dry.

If you currently use oil-based cosmetics it’s time you switch to water-based, non-comedogenic cosmetics as oil-based creams or lotions irritate oily skin and cause further breakouts and blemishes.

You should also make it a habit to always remove your makeup before going to bed.

Consider applying an oil-free moisturizer to your skin after washing. This helps your skin replenish its own moisture and keeps the oil glands from over producing.

Always remember to shampoo regularly. This prevents oily hair from rubbing off on your skin.

Like we learnt in biology class, a balanced diet is necessary for optimum health. A balanced diet and drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day can help keep your skin healthy. There are some physicians that believe that an increase in iodine consumption aggravates acne and recommend a reduction or elimination of fish and iodized salt.

Relax a little to reduce stress and try planning out your activities so you are not under a lot of pressure from your daily activities.

In case you are looking for a more aggressive adult acne treatment to totally banish those little monsters of your face/body you should try using a combination of treatment like that offered by clear pores system which consists of a facial/body wash, facial/body protection cream and a herbal supplement which fights the acne from the inside and the outside. This triple combination is guaranteed to get rid of acne from your life.

Another very impressive acne treatment available is acnezine, which has natural ingredients that work to take care of the skin. They help control free radicals that cause skin damage, aging and wrinkling, and that can contribute to infection. Acnezine limits inflammation, helping take care of the ugly redness, and working to limit the inflammatory response that can cause scarring. And, Acnezine promotes healing. Acnezine consists of skin anti-Oxidant Capsules and acne Moisturizing Crème which ensures acne is combated from both inside and outside the body.

Acne Help: How to Beat Acne

Anyone that suffers with acne (Zits) may feel as if they spend most of their time searching for remedies; although it undoubtedly causes distress, a number of topical remedies are available. The number of people afflicted around the world is huge so science research is making advances; this is good news with the range of effective skin care treatments improving all the time. The acne skin care products available fall into these:

- Preventative: Creams, lotions etc. to help cleanse and tone the skin – Over-the-counter – Specialized, on-prescription acne products

Those that fall into the preventative category are based around general skin conditioning. For example, toners and skin cleansers that have been formulated to help prevent acne. We should all use products like this to maintain our skin and prevent future problems from occurring.

More specialized cleaners are designed in the same way as acne skin care products; they clean out the pores to help stop sebum or oil which clogs up the pores. These types of products are reducing the chance of oil staying in the pores and aiding the growth of harmful bacteria which assists the formation of the skin condition.

This type of skin care treatment also includes those which exfoliate such as skin peels; most can even be purchased over the Internet in addition to normal outlets. Dead skin cells and other atmospheric pollutants are removed cleaning the pores which reduce the chance of any bacterial growth.

The growth of the skin care market has allowed even more specialized acne skin care products to be available without the need to visit the doctor. Most of these creams etc. are based on benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, both of which are the enemies of bacteria (and hence acne); they work by removing the excess oil from the skin and halt the growth of acne.

You should start with a product that has lower concentration of benzoyl peroxide (e.g. 5%) and see how your skin responds. Alpha-hydroxy-acid based moisturizers are also popular as a skin care regime. Because we all have different types of skin, more than one type of acne skin care product may need to be tried. This is quite normal, however, if it is proving to be a problem then consult with your doctor, or skin care specialist.

In more serious cases your skin care specialist may decide that a small surgical procedure can be used to remove the oil and infection from your pores. You are warned never to attempt this yourself as it could lead to serious skin problems.

Your doctor could prescribe a hormone-based treatment to treat your skin problem. Hormonal changes are known to cause acne and such skin care treatments are sometimes known to be effective. With all the treatments available, tackling acne is not that difficult as there are many new products available to help.

Acne Skin Care Tips – to Help Reduce your Breakouts

If you are like most acne sufferers, you might get obsessed with the whole wash your face regularly and avoid certain foods thing. Although the main cause of your acne is not due to poor hygiene or eating certain foods, in so many instances some factors tend to worsen you acne conditions, leading to more pimples (zits) on your face.

Proper acne skin care helps in reducing the amounts of breakouts on your skin. A number of skin experts and health practitioners are of the opinion that natural acne treatments are the best for reducing the intensity of acne lesions on the skin and tend to recommend the following acne skin care tips.

One factor that could worsen your acne condition is clogged pores, which results in more pimples on your face. Before you go scrubbing your face a million times a day, you should know that you have to be gentle with your face. Wash your face at most thrice a day, and you should use lukewarm water. Avoid soaps that contain chemicals and ingredients that damage your skin. Try using a mild cleanser. Remember to pad your face dry and avoid scrubbing.

I know you can’t help it. But hey!!! Keep your hands by your side, stop touching, squeezing, rubbing or picking your pimples and other lesions. Incase you don’t know, doing that can cause severe acne scarring and more acne flare-ups. So simply put “get your hands off your face”.

If your are a guy, then you should be careful how you shave. Try and find out which razor type is best for your skin. Although I used to use electric razors when I had a lot of pimples on my face, but now I use “twin blades” shaving sticks to shave. Always shave gently to avoid scrapping your acne lesions, which could result in acne scars.

There is a type of acne that is termed “cosmetic acne” which is usually more prevalent in girls. Using certain type of cosmetics can worsen your acne problem or could even be the major cause of your breakouts. Oil-based (comedogenic) cosmetics are the major culprits in worsening your acne condition and you should stay clear of such. Try using water-based (non-comedogenic) cosmetics, which do not clog your pores.

If you are light-skinned (Caucasian), and you regularly sun-bathe, you might feel that a tan would look good on you by giving you a nice complexion and drying out your pimples, but you should try reducing the amount of sun exposure. When you expose your skin to high intensity sunlight, Ultraviolet rays from the sun would dry the outer layers of your skin resulting in it peeling off. Regular exposure to high intensity sunlight makes you prone to having skin cancer.

A very common argument among dermatologist, doctors and health care practitioners is whether diet affects acne or causes acne. Well there is one thing that is certain, a large number of acne sufferers know that there are certain types of foods that increase the amount of pimples (breakouts) on their face. I have noticed that there are some foods that when I take in large quantities I expect breakouts (pimples) in the next 5 to 6 days.

To prevent skin problems such as acne, white and dark spots and pimples, you should consider changing the content of your meals by including more nutritious foods. You can improve your acne condition by eating foods that are rich with antioxidants. These help in keeping you healthy by fighting heart diseases and slowing down cell regeneration. Fruits and leafy vegetables contain enough of these.

Doctors have always recommended that you take at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. Your water intake affects your skin’s health. Taking the recommended amount of water a day would make your skin healthier. Try reducing your sugar intake by drinking less sodas, and fruit juices. Instead take fruits; this will definitely prevent age spots and discoloration of your skin.

In addition to the following acne skin care tips that you’ve just read, you should try using an a system, which combats you acne problem from the inside and the outside. An excellent acne skin care product is the clear pores system which consists of a deep cleansing facial and body wash, protection cream and a herbal supplement that is guaranteed to fight acne inside the body.

Another very good product is Revitol’s acnezine system which also consists of a skin anti-Oxidant Capsules and a Moisturizing Crème, all to ensure that your skin is clear of acne. The acnezine system was what made my skin free of pimples. It seems the healthy pores system has so many testimonials to its effectiveness; it is also a wonderful product you can use in ridding your skin of zits.

Most acne sufferers would talk of tales of what acne did to them in terms of their social life and how clearing those little monsters off their skin has made life more enjoyable. If you suffer from adult or teenage acne, it is guaranteed that following these acne skin care tips and using an effective acne skin care product, you would have the smooth and clear skin that you deserve.

Tips To Choose The Best Of Acne Treatments

Acne is one of the most common skin problems and is a cause of concern for many. There are several acne treatments available but not all of these are effective in ousting the harrowing villain from your life. If you are looking for an effective acne care process, that will not only remove the ugly zits from your face but also prevent its future appearance, you need to put in some time and effort to find out the best acne treatment that you can lay your hands on. This might not be an easy task given the numerous options that you have. However, you can certainly find your way to the treatment that will suit you the most. Here are a few useful tips that can help you choose the best acne treatment.1.    The first thing you need to be sure about is your skin type. Most acne treatments are skin specific i.e. they work for some people while for others they are pretty useless. Apart from that if an acne care product is not compatible with your skin it may lead to various harmful consequences. Hence it is always wise to determine your skin type and then choose the treatment process accordingly.2.    Once you know your skin type, select the products that you think will cater to your problem. Make a list of the same and try and do a thorough research on all. You will do well to refer to the reviews and feedback that are available on the Web. Also have a look at the ingredients of the products that you have chosen. Refrain from using the products that contain too many chemicals. These might prove to be detrimental to the health and look of your skin. Rather, go for the ones that have natural components. These will not only remove acne but also make your skin smooth and supple.3.    To choose the best of the acne treatments available, you also need to see whether the products are addressing the root of the problem. It doesn’t help much if the zits make recurrent appearances even if you spend loads on the treatment processes. Topical application of medicated products may provide temporary relief, but is always wise to go for a treatment that will produce long term results.4.    The next thing you consider is the cost. Most of the acne are products that are available in the market are quite pricey. What you need to ensure is that the treatment you choose is cost effective. If you need to buy it over and over again, it will not do any good to you. Moreover, prolonged use of such creams and lotions may have harmful side effects. They may make your skin rough and dry and can also cause irritation. If you keep these in mind when you choose your acne care product, you can be assured to get the best bet. All acne treatments are aimed at eliminating the ugly pimples from your face. The crux is to go for the one that suits you the most. And then you can flaunt a perfect flawless look!

Adults and Acne Skin Disorder

Have you ever thought that acne is a skin disorder that only affects teenagers? many people would answer this question with a “yes”, while this is right in a great percentage of cases, there are several adults suffering from acne. Yes, it is true, acne can effect people into their forties and beyond. Then, what we will try with this article is to review the main aspects of adult acne and analyze some hard figures in terms of percentages. Moreover, describe the causes and symptoms of adult acne and list some treatments. However, it is always advisable visit your doctor for specialized recommendations.
Adult acne is a common but rarely discussed complaint that is thought to affect around 25% of adult men and up to 50% of adult women at some time in their adult lives as clinical researches have found out. Consequently, acne is more common in women than men and it can be developed even if you never suffered from acne as a child. Twenty five per cent of acne occurs for the first time over the age of 26 years and it is sometimes the result of stress and/or dehydration. Adult acne is also prevalent, especially among people in the age group of 25 to 40. Adult acne also tends to be more resilient, with deep, blind pimples that can last for weeks. Many visits to the dermatologist are due to Acne Vulgaris.
Although the triggers for adult acne are unknown, it is thought to have hormonal roots. Therefore, it can be caused by a hormonal imbalances, pollution, medications, or stress as stated above. Studies have shown a direct correlation between hormonal imbalances and outbreaks of acne in women ranging in age from 30 to 40 years, stress, alcohol and hot foods could aggravate the condition. However, adult acne can be fully controlled by various treatments.
Adult acne, which is really just the same as teenage acne, can start in women who have just given birth because of changes in hormone levels, and can appear in women who had little or no acne as teenagers. It can become very severe, and can lead to pustule and papule formation.
Adult acne care is different from adolescent acne care, as the hormones going through ones body are different. Therefore do not assume what you used to cure your teenage acne problem will cure your adult problems as well.
Certainly, adult Acne sounds funny, but nearly seventeen million people in the United States suffer from acne, corresponding 18% to adults, this makes acne the most common skin disease.
To sum up, it is generally accepted and documented that adult acne is a very common skin disorder in adults, it affects 25 per cent of men and 50 percent of women. Furthermore, it haven been proven the direct relation between hormonal imbalances and acne. Nevertheless, there are treatments available for this disease, and you should visit your doctor for advise.

Acnezine Tips for Day to Day Acne Care

Acnezine treatment for your acne should be accompanied by a healthy skin care routine.

Wash the affected area twice a day with mild soap. Use soap such as Dove, or one that contains benzoyl peroxide, such as Oxy-5. Wash as often necessary to keep the area clean. Do not scrub.

Shampoo the hair regularly.

Keep long hair off the face and shoulders and wash it daily.

Avoid shaving as much as possible; while shaving take care to avoid nicking the pimples.

Use a fresh shaving blade to minimize the chance of spreading the infection.

Avoid use of make-up or cosmetics in areas prone to acne. If you have to wear make-up, use only the hypoallergenic or fragrance free kind.

Don’t pop, pick, scratch, or squeeze your pimples. This may cause infection and scarring.

You may use an over-the-counter treatment that contain substances such as benzoyl peroxide (gel or cream) or salicyclic acid. Start with the lowest strength and apply once a day about half an hour after washing. Never use more than 5 percent strength without consulting a physician.

Food and Nutrition Recommendations for Acne:Some doctors believe that acne is not a food related problem. Some alternate practitioners use diet as a basis for their treatment of acne. They recommend that acne patients should eat foods high in beta-carotene, such as carrots, pumpkin, cantaloupe and other yellow-orange fruits and vegetables. They should also avoid fatty foods. Acnezine controls the oil secretion in your body to protect your skin from getting acne prone.

Vitamin Therapy for Acne:Nutritionists generally suggest:Chromium supplements – Chromium helps boosts the body’s ability to break down glucose.Vitamin A – reduces sebum and keratin production. (Caution: taking mega doses of Vitamin A can cause headaches, fatigue, muscle and joint pain and other side effects. Consult a qualified practitioner before taking mega supplements).Vitamin E – an antioxidant (200 to 400 IU a day).Vitamin B-6 50 mg per day. This vitamin aids in the metabolism of hormones and supports the function of Acnezine as well.

Note: People should not try to medicate themselves or others with any of the methods referred to here without the guidance of a qualified practitioner who is thoroughly familiar with both the remedies and the individual’s medical status. Acnezine is an antioxidant, natural product without any side effect that reduces acne.

Acne and Acne Care With Natural Remedies – Part II

Filed under: Acne Information — Tags: , , , , , , , , , — Amy Miller @ 6:22 am November 4, 2009

Internal causes of acne–Acne Care with Natural Remedies

In part I, we have discussed the external cause of acne. In this article, we will provide the reader with information on how to prevent and care for acne caused by excessive amounts of germs existing in a person’s system. Since the liver and kidney work to cleanse the system of toxins are unable to remove all germs completely, the extra burden is placed on the skin to remove them. This is the main cause of acne.

1. Diet:

In order to reduce the toxins in the body and prevent acne in the first place, everyday diet becomes one important factor. The Carb Rotation Diet (this is a diet in which you change the amount of daily carbohydrates calories that you consume from one day to the next and also change the type of food that you eat),and the Mediterranean diet (it follows a dietary pattern in which exercise, fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates, fish and olive oil are the main ingredients.) would help to reduce the intake of toxins in your body therefore without giving the liver and kidney extra burden to cleanse the system of toxins.

2. Green Foods:

Green foods contain amino acids, plus vitamin A , E, beta-carotene, and other important vitamins and minerals such as wheat-grass, broccoli, and water algae that helps to purify your blood thus helping liver and kidney to clean the body of toxins that can trigger acne.

3. Red Tea:

Red tea has some powerful natural antioxidants and enzymes that help in renewed skin health following the removal of dead skin cells. Also flavonoids in red tea help in treating assorted skin and circulatory problems. In general, drinking red tea would help in keeping skin healthy and removes the chance of acne.

4. Natural Remedies:

a) Silymarin in milk thistle improves the function of the liver, protecting the liver from damage caused by viruses, toxins, and alcohol.

b) The kidneys are stimulated by the dandelion and at the same time it enables the rapid removal of toxins through the urine produced.

c)Garlic and onion Garlic and onion For blood fortifier. Raw garlic and onion are said to do a super job of blood fortifying. These two super-foods also have the power in helping liver and kidney to cleanse the system of toxins. Since the liver and kidney are able to remove all toxins completely from the body, there is no burden for the skin. That means you get healthy skin with no acne.

d) Water and Juice: Be sure to drink a combined of at least 8 ounces of water and juice each day to help the kidney to remove toxins through urine produced. Without enough liquids, high concentrations of crystal in the urine will cause the formation of kidney stones.

Acne and Acne Care Treatment – the Common Sense Approach

Filed under: Acne Information — Tags: , , , , , , , , , — Amy Miller @ 8:52 pm November 3, 2009

As you know, there are many types of skin diseases in this world, the most common one is acne. Most people know acne is caused by dirt in oily skin pores, but little is known that acne is also caused by the system of toxins in the body. If our liver and kidney can not cleanse all toxins in the body, then our skin become the third source for cleansing the remainder of toxins. It is the internal causes of acne.

In this article, we will try to tackle acne, by using the most common sense approach without going through the expert advices.

Here are some common approach tips:

1. Acne care treatment: cream and lotion Be sure before applying skin cream or lotion in acne effected area, wash it with mild soap and tepid water because water too hot or too cold might cause the breaking of capillaries (small veins). The best choice of acne cream and lotion is the one made by using ingredients of natural remedies that exist in the kitchen of your home for cost effectiveness and little or no side effect. You can find some acne formulas in this article. For convenience, there are plenty of acne creams and lotions in pharmacy drug stores. Be sure to choose one that does not contain chemicals causing side effects to your sensitive skin. Ask the pharmacist in the drug store which is the best approach. Please note that chemicals help to preserve the product might cause side effects to your sensitive skin.

2. Reducing the intake of saturated fat Saturated fat intake causing the build up of cholesterol in capillaries, the small veins in your skin. Without giving enough oxygen to it, your skin becomes oily and easy to attract dirt, causing acne. To avoid this, you should substitute your red meat intake by 4- 8 servings every week with fish. They not only have good sources of protein as meat but also guards against the cholesterol build up in small veins in your skin.

3. Lower your body toxins The system of toxins in your body exist in result of poor diet.
